For years my Mom made us kids write journals of our trips, and yes I have to say that most of the time I was MADE to write those priceless journals, which of course now I treasure!! So being a photographer now and heading on an extended trip to the states....well my camera and pictures have taken the place of my quill & ink (pen)!! When we started off on this trip I looked for pictures that would describe the trip, pictures that told stories better then I could put onto paper. And I believe I almost accomplished that goal (always room for improvement ya know).
Getting started with the trip...I traveled down to Jevenn's ALERT Graduation (general purpose for the trip) with my parents in our awesome and very comfy motorhome. We visited friends and new people along the way, and had an incredible family "reunion" at ALERT, as my two sisters flew in to be at the Graduation.
We spent some quality family time down in Houston over the Thanksgiving Holiday. Between walking the beaches and visiting friends the week flew back, and then it was time to drop the girls off at their different airports and head home.
Okay I know that this pretty much says nothing about our awesome trip down to Houston...but then that's was the pictures are for.
Hope you all enjoy the pictures as much as I enjoyed taking them the editing them!!!
